Tandoori Chicken.

                                                                      Tandoori Chicken.

                                                                

Ingredients:
·         Chicken – 1 (whole skinned & cut into 4 pcs)
·         Ginger paste- 1 tsp
·         Garlic paste – 1tsp
·         Green chili paste – 1tsp
·          Kashmiri Red  chilli powder-1 tsp.
·         Gram masala powder -1 tsp.
·         Yogurt – ½ cup.
·         Lime juice – 4 tbsp.
·         Oil – 4 tbsp .
·         Salt – as per taste.
Method :
Wash  the chicken pieces.  Make the slits in the pieces with a sharp knife.  Now marinate the chicken with lime juice, salt& red chili powder for 45 minutes.  Blend the yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili paste in a bowl &keep aside.  Now pour this mixture in the marinated chicken &keep  it  refrigerated for  7 hours.  Now  give a polish of oil in the chicken pieces & grill it for 20 minutes.  Then give oil polish again& grill it for another 15 minutes.
Now remove it from the oven.  Garnish with salads chat masala.  Serve hot.
