Chicken Cafriel.

                                                              Chicken Cafriel.

Ingredient:
·     Chicken cut into small pieces.
·     Butter -1tbsp.
·     Ground nut oil-1tbsp.
·     Clove -6pcs.
·     Cardamom-4pcs.
·     Medium sized onion finely chopped.
·     Grated ginger-1tsp.
·     Copped garlic -1tsp.
·     Salt to test.
·     A paste of the cumin.
·     Coriander-1tsp.
·     Black paper 15mg.
·     Pudina leaves-1tsp.
·     Coriander leaves-1cup.
·      For garnishing -2 nos of onion,cut into ring pieces,
·     Boiled potetoes-1.
·     Tomato -1.
Method:
Heat the oil&butter together&then add clove&cinamon in the oil.
Fry onion,ginger&garlic till golden brown.Then add the grinded masala &fry it in a medium flame. Now add chicken&stir it for 2or 3 minutes .Now add salt and hot water&cover it with a lid.
Now slice boiled potato ,onion,&tomato.Saute themin butter with salt.
Then place the cooked chicken in a serving plate&garnish with the sauted vegetable,blackpeper powder&lime juice.Serve hot.
