Dahi Chicken

                                                           

                                                                       Dahi Chicken 

Ingredients:
·     Chicken -1kg.(cut into medium pieces)
·     Chopped onion-1cup.
·     Garlic paste-1tsp.
·     Ginger paste-1tsp.
·     Sour curd-3 ½ cups.
·     Chopped capsicum-1/2cup .
·     Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp.
·     Garam masala powder-1tsp.
·     Hot water-2cups.
·     Ghee -75gms.
·     Salt&sugar-as per taste.
·     Chopped green coriander leaves½   cup.
Method:
Heat the ghee in the pan. Then  add the onion& saute it. Now add turmeric powder, ginger, garlic paste one by one &stir it . Then add the chicken, salt &sugar .Now stir it finely when the colour of chicken turns brown then add hot water &keep it in a low flame. So that it gets boiled.When the water of the chicken gets dry then add curd,green coriander leaves,capsicum&garam masala powder and stir it. When the gravy of the chicken becomes thicker then it is ready to serve.
