                                                                        Butter chicken .
Ingredients:
·         Chicken -1 kg(cut in to cube size).
·         Yogurt  - 150 ml.
·         Ground almond  - 50 gms.
·         Red chilli powder  -1/2  tsp.
·         Bay leaves  -2 nos.
·         Ground cloves  - ¼ tsp.
·         Ground cinnamon  - ¼ tsp.
·         Green cardamom pods  - 4 pcs.
·         Ginger   garlic paste  - 2 tsp.
·         Tomatoes – 4 pcs.
·         Salt as per taste.
·         Butter  -75 gms.
·         Oil  - 1 tbsp.
·         Sliced onion – 2 medium size.
·         Fresh coriander leaves – 2 tbsp(chopped finely).
·         Cream  - 4  tbsp.
Method:
Mix the yogurt, ground  almond ginger, garlic paste, tomatoes,salt,ground cloves, cinnamon&cardamom in a bowl and blend it thoroughly. Marinate the chicken   with yogurt and keep it  refrigerated for 1 hr. Heat the butter & oil in the pan .  Add  the sliced onions & fry it till golden brown.  Now add the marinated chicken and stir it till the oil comes out.
Now spread half of the coriander leaves &mix it well .  Pour the cream and bring it to boil . 
Garnish with a little butter&chopped coriander leaves. Serve it hot.
