Fish Pasinda
Ingredients:
- Fish fillet 5 pcs
- Onion paste 1 tea spoon
- Lime juice1 tea spoon
- Cornflour1 cup
- Salt&black pepper powder as per paste
- Chopped cashew&almond nuts 1tea spoon
- White oil for frying
Method:
Marinate the fish fillets in salt & lime juice for 10 minutes.Then mix the onion ginger &garlic paste on the fillets and keep it in a refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Mix chopped cashew & almond nuts in the cornflour and mix some water to make thick batter Now dip the marinated fillets in the batter and fry them in oil .Serve hot with salads and mustard sauce.
