Chicken Angara
Ingredients:
· Chicken leg -250 gms.
· Guiger &Garlic paste -20 gms.
· Vinegar -10 ml.
· Line juice -10 ml.
· Curd -50 gms.
· Cream -25 ml.
· White pepper -a pinch.
· Garam masala powder -1/4 tsp.
· Kashmrired chilli powder -1/4 tsp.
· Butter -15 gms.
· Salt according to taste.
· Saffron - ¼ tsp.
· Chat masala - ¼ tsp.
Method:
Clean&wash the chicken. Make the slits with a sharp knife in the chicken legs. Now marinate it with ginger garlic paste ,lime juice,white pepper powder,and salt for 2 hrs. now mix all the ingredients except chat masala& butter &keep it marinated again for 1 hr. now stick the chicken in the iron stick&tandoor it. Brush the chicken with butter. Serve it with chat masala&salads.
