Chicken Handi


Chicken Handi
Ingredients:
·         Chicken  - 1 Kg.
·         Chopped  onion  - 500  gms.
·         Cashew nut  paste -  100  gms.
·         Grated  paneer  -  20 gms.
·         Red   chilli  powder  - 1 tsp.
·         Garam   masala powder -10 gms.
·         Turmeric  powder  -1 tsp.
·         Ginger –garlic paste  -2  tbsp.
·         Nutmug &mace powder  -  1  tsp.
·         Cardamom  powder  -  1  tsp.
·         Chopped  tomatoes  -250 gms.
·         Salt as per taste.
·         Oil  -  2 cup.
Method:
Heat the oil in a deep  pan and fry the chopped    onions till golden brown. Now add garam masala powder ,red  chilli powder ,turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste , nutmeg & mace powder, green cardamom powder, one by one then add chicken in the masala . Stir it thoroughly. Then add cashewnut  paste & grated paneer. Cook it in a low  flame till the chicken gets boiled . Serve hot with parathas.
