CHERRY CAKE


CHERRY CAKE 
                                                                      :
Ingredients:
·         Sugar  - 125 gms.
·         Butter -125 gms.
·         Eggs  -3 pcs.
·         Flour  -125 gms.
·         Baking powder -05 gms.
·         Vanilla  Essence  -02 ml .
·         Cherry  -500 gms.
Method:
Mix the butter and sugar in the mixer. Then add egg one by one until the mixture becomes fluffy.
Now add flour, baking powder , chopped cherry &vanilla essence. Mix it in folding method .
Now pour the mixture in a oil greased pen. Bake the cake in 180° temperature for 45 minutes
