Dum Potatoes

                                                       
                      Dum Potatoes 


Ingredients:
·     Potato-1kg.
·     Onion paste-1cup.
·     Ginger paste-1tsp.
·     Garlic paste-1tsp.
·     Red chilli powder-1tsp.
·     Cumin powder- 1 tsp
·     Coriander powder- 1 ½ tsp
·     Turmeric powder- ½ tsp.
·     Tomato puree-4 tbsp.
·     Garam masala powder-1tsp.
·     Ghee-2tsp.
·     Chopped green chilli-2tsp.
·     Salt &sugar-according to taste.
·     Mustard oil – ½ cup
Method:
Cut the potatoes into 4 pcs each. Half boil the potatoes. Heat the oil in the pan&fry the potatoes till golden brown&keep aside. Now fry the onion paste ,ginger paste, garlic paste,cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,
tomato puree one by one in the oil. Stir it thoroughly till the oil comes out. Now add the fried potatoes &stir well. Now add hot water &get it boiled. When the gravy becomes thicker then add garam masala powder & ghee. Sprinkle some chopped green coriander leaves & serve hot with parathas.
