CHICKEN BUTTER MASALA.
Ingredients:
· Chicken - 500 gms
· Boiled onion paste- 4tbsp.
· Curd - 50 gms.
· Ginger paste -1 tsp.
· Gurlic paste -1 tsp.
· Cashewnut paste - 2 tsp.
· Nutmeg&mace powder - 1 tsp.
· Garam masala powder - 2 tsp.
· Butter - 100 gms.
· Cream - 100 ml.
· Redchilli powder - 10 tsp.
· Boiled egg - 2 pc.
· Whole garam masala – 2 gms.
Method :
Marinate the chicken with curd& salt for 1 hr. Heat the butter in a pan . Then add whole garam masala in it . Now add the boiled onion paste,ginger.&garlic paste one by one& stir it . Then add cashew nut paste,nutmeg &mace powder. Now add the marinated chicken&stir it . Cook the chicken covered in a low flame . When it gets boiled&oil comes out then add cream &the egg (cut in to 4 slice) &serve hot with tandoori rotis or parathas.
