Mutton Kasha

                                                             Mutton Kasha 
Ingredients:
·     Mutton -1/2 kg
·     Curd-3tbsp.
·     Mustard oil ½ cup
·     Chopped onion 1cup
·     Chopped tomato ½ cup
·     Ginger paste 1tbsp
·     Cardamom &cinamon 2pcs each
·      Red chilli powder ½ tsp
·     Cumin powder ½ tsp
·     Coriander powder ½ tsp
·     Dry ginger powder ½ tsp
·     Ghee  2tbsp.
Method :
Fry some onion in 2tbsp of ghee & keep aside for garnishing.Clean &wash the mutton. Marinate it with curd,salt,turmeric powder for 2hours. Heat the oil in the pan, add cardamom& cinamon in it .nowadd chopped onion, ginger paste,garlic paste in the oil. When the onion becomes golden brown then add the marinated mutton, chopped tomatoes , cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt & sugar in the oil. Stir it well.Keep it covered cookedit in a low flame. When the oil comes out then you will have to see that mutton gets boiled. Now spread the dry ginger powder & fried onion and stir it. Serve hot with parathas  or steamed rice or polaos
