Mutton Stew

                                                                   Mutton Stew 

Ingredients:
· Mutton 500 gms
· Onion 250 gms
· Ginger 20 gms
· Whole garam masala 5 gms
· Papaya 150 gms
· Carrot-150gms
· Potato 150 gms
· Tomato 150 gms
· Capsicum 50 gms
· Butter 50 gms


Method:
Boil the mutton with chopped ginger chopped garlic whole garam masala & water, salt in a pressure cooker. Heat 25 gms of butter. Add all vegetables, salt , sugar& cube sized cut onion & fry it lightly. Then pour the boiled mutton in it & keep it covered in a low flame so that the vegetables get boiled. Now add the 50 gms of butter. Serve hot with
bread toast.
