Achari Chicken

                                                             Achari Chicken

Ingredients:
·         Chicken  -500 gms.
·         Onion  -3 pcs.
·         Ginger paste  -  2  tsp.
·         Garlic paste – 1tsp.
·         Mixed pickle  -4 tbsp.
·         Mustard oil  -1/2 tsp
·         Red  chilli powder  -  ½ tsp.
·         Salt& sugar – according to taste.
·         Turmeric  powder  -  1 tsp.
·         Lemon juice  -  2 tsp.
Method :
Marinate the chicken with salt turmeric powder,ginger paste,garlic paste,salt&red chillis  powder for  half an hour.  Then heat the oil in a pan &fry the onion till light brown ,now add the  marinated chicken& cook it covered with a  lid in a low flame .  now mix the pickles and keep aside. Add the hot water in the cooked chicken and  bring it to boil garnish leaves &serve it with parathas.
