Khau-Se


Khau-Se.
Ingredients:
·         Chicken – 500 gms.
·         Onion paste – 4  tbsp.
·         Garlic paste- 4 tsp
·         Coconut milk – 2 cups
·         Chicken stock 2 cups
·         Salt as per taste
·         Sugar 1 tsp
·         Boiled noodles 500 gma
For garnishing:
·         Chopped garlic
·         Red chilli powder- 3-tsp
·         Oil 4 tsp
Method :
Boil the chicken & keep the stock aside. Now heat the oil in a pan. Pour the salt & sugar one by one & stir it thoroughly. Now add the coconut milk & chicken stock. Bring it to boil. Now the chicken is ready.

Fry the boiled noodles with a little salt & keep aside.

Now heat the oil in the pan & add chopped garlic  & red chilli powder & keep  aside.

When you will serve, first place the boiled noodles in a serving bowl. The add the cooked chicken. Now add the hot masala. Now enjoy its yummy taste
