Cashew Fish

                             Cashew  Fish 
    Ingredients:
·    Ruhi fish 1kg
·    Turmeric powder ½ tsp
·    Red chilli powder ½ tsp
·    Bay leaves 2 pics
·    Hot spices ½ tsp
·    Sour curd 100 gm
·    Poppy seeds 2 tsp
·    Cashew nut 100gm.
·    Onion 100 gm
·    Garlic 10 cloves
·    Ginger 2inch
·    Tomato 1 pc
·    Sugar 1 tsp
·    Mustard oil 200 gm
·    Coconut milk 1 cup.
Method:

 Mix the fish with turmeric powder. Now fry the fish in oil & keep aside. Make a paste of cashew nut & poppy seeds, chop the onion garlic ginger finely. Heat the oil in a pan add bay leaves chopped onion garlic & ginger till golden brown.
Add sliced tomato pieces sugar salt red chilli powder & 2 cups of water boil it well. When it comes to boil add the paste of cashew nut & poppy seeds and add sour curd. At last add coconut milk and boil it for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
