PRAWN WATIB

Ingredients:
·         Dough of flour – 4 balls.
·         Black pepper powder – 1 ½ tbsp.
·         Shrimp – 40 gms
·         Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
·         Aji no moto 1tsp
·         Oil 2 tsp
·         Oyster sauce- 1 tsp
·         Salt as per taste
·         Sugar 1 tsp
Method:
Make a paste of the shrimp. Now mix it with chopped coriander leaves, black pepper powder, salt, aji –no- moto, ginger garlic paste with the shrimp paste. Now take the dough of flour&make it a bowl then add the mixture of the shrimp paste &then cover it again in the shape &ball.  Now boil the doughs in water for 20 minutes.  Serve it with salads.
