Karai murgh



                                                                   Karai murgh

  Ingredients:


  • Chicken-6pcs.
  • Turmeric Powder-1pinch.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Lime juice-1 tsp.
  • Ghee 50 gms.
  • Bayleaves-2 nos.
  • Chopped  tomato,chopped ginger&garlic,-25 gms.
  • Cumin&coriander-1 tsp each.
  • Grinded roughly,
  • Cinamon-1 stick.
  • Read chilli powder-1 tsp.
Method:
Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, lime juice&turmeric powder,Heat the ghee in the pan,then add bay leaves,cumin&coriander&cinnamon in the ghee
Then add chopped onion&fry until golden brown,then
Add chopped ginger&garlic,now add chicken pcs and
Cook it in a low flame keep it covered.No need to add
water. Cook until  the chicken get boiled. Now spread cream &serve hot. Garnish with boiled egg, capsicum&juliene cut ginger.
