Karai murgh
Ingredients:
- Chicken-6pcs.
- Turmeric Powder-1pinch.
- Salt to taste.
- Lime juice-1 tsp.
- Ghee 50 gms.
- Bayleaves-2 nos.
- Chopped tomato,chopped ginger&garlic,-25 gms.
- Cumin&coriander-1 tsp each.
- Grinded roughly,
- Cinamon-1 stick.
- Read chilli powder-1 tsp.
Method:
Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, lime juice&turmeric powder,Heat the ghee in the pan,then add bay leaves,cumin&coriander&cinnamon in the ghee
Then add chopped onion&fry until golden brown,then
Add chopped ginger&garlic,now add chicken pcs and
Cook it in a low flame keep it covered.No need to add
water. Cook until the chicken get boiled. Now spread cream &serve hot. Garnish with boiled egg, capsicum&juliene cut ginger.
