Steamed Prawn


                                                                     Steamed Prawn
Ingredients:
·         Jumbo sized prawn 6 pcs
·         Mustard paste 3 tbsp
·         Grounded onion juice 2 tbsp
·         Green chilli paste 1 tsp
·         Turmeric powder 1 tsp
·         Salt as per taste
·         Mustard oil 4 tbsp   
·         Coconut milk 4 tbsp
·         Sugar 1 tsp
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl & keep it for 1 hour . Now heat the microwave oven & place the mixture in the oven & let it be cooked for 20 minutes. Now  serve it with plain steamed rice.

Chinese Mixed Vegetables

 
                                                          Chinese Mixed Vegetables
Ingredients:
·         Mushroom 10 pieces
·         Carrot 2 medium sized cut into cube sized
·         Baby corn 10 pieces
·         Cauli- flower 4 flower
·         Chopped onion 2 large sized
·         Capsicum 2 pieces
·         Oil 1 cup
·         Red dried chilli 4 pieces
·         Black pepper powder 2 tbsp
·         Vinegar 2 tsp
·         Soya sauce 3 tsp
·         Honey 1 tsp
·         Salt as per taste
·         Chicken cube 2 pcs
·         Tomato ketchup 2 tsp
Method:
Mix the corn flower in a cup of water along with the chicken cubes. Keep it aside. Heat the oil in a pan. Now add deseeded dried red chilli, groundnut, garlic, corn, carrot, cauliflower, & sliced onion on it. Sauté it for 5 minutes. Now add black pepper powder, chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt, tomato ketchup, honey, vinegar in sauted vegetables & stir it for 2 or 3 minutes. Then add the sliced capsicum along with mixture of cornflour. Now cook it in microwave oven for 5 minutes so that it become crispy. Now serve it with fried rice or hakka noodles.

Mushroom Curry


Mushroom  Curry
Ingredients:
·         Button  mushroom- 500  gms
·         Chopped  tomato – 4 medium sized
·         Chopped onion – 4 medium sized
·         Chopped green chillies – 10 pcs
·         Ginger garlic paste – 3 tsp
·         Red chilli powder -  2 tsp
·         Coriander powder -  2 tsp
·         Turmeric powder -2 tsp
·         Garam masala powder – 2 tsp
·         Oil – 25 gms
·         Ghee – 3 tbsp
·         Curry leaves – 1 tsp
·         Salt – as per taste
·         Cashewnut – 50 gms
·         Coconut milk -1 cup
·         Poppy   seeds – 4 tsp
Method:
Cut the mushroom   in 4pcs  &soak it salted hot water  for 10 minutes. Now pick the mushroom from water& spread   it in a plate. 
Heat the oil & ghee  in  a pan.   Fry  the chopped onion, green chillies ,curry leaves ,ginger garlic paste &chopped  tomato for 5 minutes.  Now add all the powdered spices& grounded spices, mushroom & salt.  Add a cup of water &keep it covered & cook it in a low flame.
Serve  hot with steamed rice or chapatis.

Roast Egg


                                                                         Roast Egg
Ingredients:
·         Boiled egg 8 pcs
·         Cheese 2 cube
·         Oil 4 tsp
For stuffing:
·         Minced chicken 500 gms
·         Chopped parsley leaves 2 tsp
·         Chopped onion 2 medium size
·         Black pepper powder 3 tsp
·         Oil 1 cup
Method:
Cut the egg in ½ portion. Now heat the oil in the pan. Add all the ingredients of stuffing and fry it for 10 minutes. Cook it in low flame till the minced chicken gets boiled. Now take some stuffing & place it in the ½ portion of each egg pieces. Then take a baking tray & grease it with butter & put the eggs on it. Now sprinkle the grated cheese & bake it for 20 minutes in 200°c & serve it by wrapping in the aluminium foil.

DRY CHILLI CHICKEN


DRY CHILLI    CHICKEN

Ingredients:
·         Chicken  - 500 gms(cut into cube  size)
·         Chopped onion – 1 medium size
·         Chopped  ginger – 1  tsp
·         Chopped   garlic – 1 ½ tbsp
·         Soya  sauce – 2 tbsp
·         Corn  flour – 3 tsp
·         Chopped capsicum – 1 medium size
·         Chopped green chillies – 6 nos
·         Water – as required
·         White wine  - 1 tsp
·         Salt  as  per taste
Method:
Take  a microwave oven  proof dish &add 3 tsp oil ,chopped onion, ginger &garlic, soya sauce &chicken in it . Blend   it finely. Now cook  in 100%  micro mode for 5 minutes. Now add rest ingredients and cook it for 5 minutes. Now add chopped green chillis & sauce in it. Serve hot.

FISH IN BAR BE QUE SAUCE

                                                                    
Ingredients :
·         Fish fillet – 5 pcs.
·         Onion  -  3 medium size(cut into cube size)
·         Capsicum  -1 small sized(cut into cube size)
·         Carrot  -   1  small size (cut into slice)
·         Honey  -2 tbsp
·         Black pepper powder -  2 tsp
·         Red chilli paste- 1 tbsp
·         Vinegar -  1 tsp
·         Tomato ketchup  -  1 tbsp
·         Soya sauce  -  1 tsp
·         Aji-no-moto  - 1 tsp
·         Salt as per taste
·         Oil  -  1 tbsp
Method :
Fry the fish in the oil.  Mix honey,black pepper powder, red chilli paste, sugar,tomato ketchup&soya sauce to make a bar-be-sauce.  Now fry chopped garlic,onion,capsicum&carrot.  Now add the bar-be-gue sauce,salt,vinegar,aji-no-moto.  When it became to boil then add the fish.  Stir it . Now remove it from fire&Serve
